By law, every company are required to hold an Annual
General Meeting each calendar year. Whenever something
occurs which cannot wait for the AGM, a company will
call an Extraordinary Meeting.

Apprently, the company are considering a share roll-back.
Depending what the price is in February, it will be
decided what the roll-back will be. If the price is
still at 5 cents, then you could see a 1 for 10 roll-
back. This means that for each 1,000 shares you own,
you will receive 100. The share price would then go
from 5 cents to 50 cents.

Advance notice is required, so this is the reason they
are planning now. If the price is 50 cents in February,
it is possible no roll-back will occur.
