I am honestly impressed by the filings they have made. On the other hand, if you read them, they admit to not having much of a plan as to what direction they intend to go....also, one of the original founders has already been convicted for stock fraud.....I just don't know. I am mostly respective of their filing activities.....they have certainly been more responsible here then another thread that I have been frequenting...... I will be looking carefully at the 8K they come out with regarding their LOI. That's my (honestly) opinion. TC
