Retailers are leverage, pure and simple. Move the top and line and the bottom line follows. RSH is having problems with the top line because there is no reason to shop there vs. shopping somewhere else. There is no hot exclusive line and no reputation for quality, selection or value. The company exists but does not thrive, and its problems are secular in nature. I don't shop at RSH and I don't recall a single friend even mentioning the store for any reason within the last decade. Word of mouth is silence. What surprises me the most is RSH is still in business.
