Obama signed the Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act to make it easier to sue over pay discrimination ... maybe there's not enough lawsuits. So they're coming up with something to encourage pay discrimination lawsuits.

This is a solution without a problem. I believe the National Labor Relations Act already protects this kind of inquiry. Not my area of law, but that was my understanding.
