He sure is. I'd give credit to Obama if was in the helicopters during the raid and didn't write a bunch of weasel language to enable himself to blame others if there was a repeat of Desert one that Jimmy Carter put together to get our hostages back. Jimmy Carter should have simply asked Congress to declare War. That was the right answer at the time. But maybe Jimmy's plate was full with giving away the Panama Canal that we built with taxpayer money.
