It's happening more often in Michigan now. Those that want to reverse the mmj law, attack at any level they can. So to "send a message" I saw one guy with one leg two inches shorter than the other charged because he didn't walk a line right. "They" got ugly. The mother of the defendant was sent into a jail cell because she answered a direct question. "What medicine does your son take." "Answer the question" the judge said. "medical marijuana" "Clear the jury out of the court." The judge sent the mother directly to a jail cell.
