Michael,

True. The current liabilities have to be met within 3 months - the cash is there to meet these liabilities, how much the AR will contribute is really an open question or in other words, how much much of the AR is collectable and how much is smoke and mirrors? VL has OXHP with about $5/share of AR as of 6/30/97. Perhaps only 1%, or perhaps 50% is uncollectable...COMS currently has a similar problem with its retail channel being full of unsold obsolete USRX modems and the amount of their AR that will have to be written off is also as of yet unclear - this is part of the reason the stock went from 55 to 34 in less than a month.

What is 'EMT?'
