[ CINE ] Ray,

I also like to find stocks that are are breaking out from long bases like CINE, but the case with this one seems a little different from the others: a quick look at the fundamental story shows that CINE had already been agreed to be aquired for a certain fixed price, and very recently that bid for the company was raised a notch, which might reflect the breakout from the base. With the acquisition terms already agreed upon, there would seem to be little impetus for the stock to take off on its own.

It didn't work out this time, but I would be interested in hearing of any others that have the same characteristics as this one.

Thanks again,

Rainier
