(i) enough folks who have been (a) early believers, (b) traders who make a living from trading paper gold, and (c) new initiates are aggregating physical instead of paper, very noticeably

(ii) maybe they are all wrong, but even if

(iii) some central banks are inexorably taking possession of more physical

(iv) the paper market can continue to guide the overall market for some time

(v) but as fiat money inflation and alternative investments (equities, bonds, real estate) are exited by disgusted retail ...

(vi) driving folks and pension plans and sovereigns and and and to the only goodies still good, and as and when the physical market ends up in strong even if reluctant hands, then ...

(vii) i am guessing that the physical and paper market must first decouple
followed by officialdom investigations and discourse re reform

(viii) while the above script progress, more rather than less, including a final plunge of precious metals, perhaps concurrent (close enough) onset of darkest interregnum, the rest of the script re social disorder this and real economy that, we shall be kept in spin.

going forward so much to learn by experiencing.

if the early owners of these reincarnate and be able to reclaim these from wherever they stored them safely, they would still be happy with their 'investment' - unsure many would be able to say same for much of the paper securities
