To All, I am just a novice in the game of stocks, but I do think I'm a pretty good judge of character. I don't think TokyoMex needs defending, what did he do other than assist all of us in learning that this Co. has an idiot for a CEO, hey lot's of Co.'s are in the same boat. Who is TokyoMex's biggest detracter? Why it's Al-len, but then what has Al-len found out ZIP I yhink he is just jealous of Mex's following cause he ( Al-len ) ain't got one. I for one hope he keeps on posting on this stock, and yes I too have stock in the Co.
Best regards, Bob M.

Jack, an excellent post. This boards purpose is to focus on NETZ, not on individuals. Enough has probably been expressed positively and negatively about some of the posters, our motives...

NETZ a year from now is either going to be a major homerun for shareholders, or irrelevant. The company has been public for approximately 10 weeks. It was formed by Neil Miller, who acquired
echomedia, who's President is Tom. Tom now is learning about Netz, public companies, and continues to run echomedia. He is vp of NETZ.

There appears to be a misconception regarding Tom going to London and
seeking $5,000,000, that was not the case, his new company was acquired by Miller. I want to get into greater detail about this and
will, starting today. Yesterday was an angry day and it cut off my ability to get information. Today is a day I can make better judgement of the character of management by how they respond. I am going to go through IR for a while to get this info.

The company will be advised that we have certain rights for information, and that I am excercising those rights. The company, I believe will provide us with the information in a timely basis, or will understand that it is not meeting the requirements of a publically reporting company.

The company has been providing me with information, and I fully expect that to continue in a proper, professional manner. This board the last
few days, stinks, and that reflects poorly upon us. Hopefully starting today, we will all become better contributors.
