Regular readers and participants here are aware of the transaction between Apple and LiquidMetal that is described in that filing.

What Lahcim and others are saying is LiquidMetal is unlikely ever to get any more money from Apple. There's nothing in that filing to suggest they will, unless they come up with some entirely new technology in the future.

Until you can point to an SEC filing from Apple showing a "licensing" relationship, there is no licensing relationship, and Liquid Metal has nothing to do with this stock.
