Possibly, but they're not support or resistance points, these are extreme points where the market is over stretched after a rally or a sell off... so, I personally wouldn't trust them as the typical support and/or resistance points, they're something very different... but since you ask, it's certainly well worth watching to see how the market reacts to that price... but for myself, I don't use them that way, I generally discard them as that important...
