I wouldn't blame the parents for the decay of the so called public school system... true that many parents think of school as nothing more than a place to dump the kids before going to work, but education does begin at home where a kid could receive a far better education than at those public dungeons of so called learning... I think ALL unions should be disbanded and made illegal, it's a communist ideology to have unions... unions may have been good 100 years ago, but today it has only led to the demise of this country... GZ
