The word here is "consecutive" The way I understand is: lets assume the common are trading for $8.00 or above, for 10 consecutive days. At 11th day, the common drops below $8.00
If I'm right, the 20 days count will restart all over again as soon the common are $8.00 or above. The word "average" will change my thinking if it is so.
