What has America turned into? Are we a nation of beasts in the 21st Century. If not for the dog walker this young woman would never have been found -----just wish the dog walker had been walking when it happened. I hope the jury and judge give him the electric chair if he is found guilty or is it lethal injections now? Or, is society going to pay to keep him locked up with bed, medical care, food , tv , a library of law books? And then on good behavior, gets released and then kills again.
