I have them both. 5 day momentum is not included in Hit & Run. Hit & Run is a must have. You get keyed in to various setups and you get great advice. There are 11 different setups or patterns.

5 day momentum is about $50 and is only one setup. But Cooper feels that it is a powerful one. I got it because I think you only need or two reliable setups to be successful. So, if you can find one that works for you, $50 is pretty cheap.

I also like Street Smarts by Rasche and Connors, from the same publisher ($175). This book has many setups as well.
