I have a question about MLOG's trading yesterday which I would appreciate some interpretation on. Over 20,000 shares traded in big blocks at the bid all afternoon with no buys. However, the bid stayed at 7. This contrasts sharply with a week or so ago when every small sell brought the bid down. Anyone got any ideas on what goes on in the minds of the MMs and how it applies to MLOG's trading yesterday ?

Regards and TIA,
Chris

Dave. Thanks. Being more a fundamentalist than a T/Aist, I agree the reduced margins are a drag. Still deciding on CADE. Am hoping it is within a quarter at most of support. Holding on tenuously. Have been out of BOSCF for a little while. Am trading larger names right now since that seems to be where the most comfortable action is. Bought ORCL and AMAT again yesterday. Have them marked up roughly 10% on sell orders. Have a similar profit in a recent purchase of more BA, but am reluctant to let it go as I believe there is considerably more longer-term potential there. This market is not so all-forgiving as it was just a month or so ago. Since I still want to trade it a bit between now and the end of the year, I am trying to take whatever it seems willing to give. Making some change but it ain't like it was from March thru September. Retailers are getting real interesting about now. Am also curious about RMBS. Could be another SPY. Does anyone here feel they have a handle on this one?

Thanks again for your analysis,
OH
