CORP. / Snow Leopard Resources Major Shareholder Share Purchase TSE, ASE SYMBOL: SNW.A AND GRQ INVESTMENTS INC. NOVEMBER 25, 1997 GRQ Investments Inc. ("GRQ") Acquires Class A Shares of Snow Leopard Resources Inc. ("Snow Lepard") CALGARY, ALBERTA--GRQ announces that it has acquired an additional 1,938,077 Class A common shares of Snow Leopard for cash consideration of $1.00 per share. GRQ and Lauchlin A. Lyons act jointly or in concert under applicable securities laws with respect to ownership of common shares of Snow Leopard. These parties currently hold an aggregate of 10,404,825 Class A common shares of Snow Leopard (30.61 percent of the outstanding Class A common shares) and warrants/options to acquire a further 806,546 Class A common shares of Snow Leopard. GRQ acquired the Class A common shares of Snow Leopard for investment purposes.
