Personally, I put in a limit order for some at $555.
I don't do that. I only play uptrends already in motion. No limit orders while the stock is dropping. Meaning, when the chart convinces me we're past the churn, and we're not going to go into a sustained downtrend, I'll buy.

My time is short and my money as well. I don't like to put either on the line, when it will take too much time - or worse money - to get me ahead.

Just the way I do things. Your milage will vary.

Agree in part. At some point soon the fundamentals will begin to trump the technicals, so don't wait on the charts.
