earlie, I'm not positive on all pc compnaies.
I guess you left out cpq and dell went up over 100% while you were talking crash...
I've posted that the pull back will be selective.
months before it happened. I selected who would continue up and who would crash.
you cannot call you crash call right when cpq and dell go up 100% then retreat 25%... so, get real.
You have to select exactly what happens to be correct.
I summerized what was to happen in May 97 when they all were rocking
207.183.153.206

Okay, if you are a pc expert.
Describe in detail how cpq's bto and hp's bto and ibm bto program works..
If you try to just parrot back what the media says you will be wrong.
Describe what is unique about ibm's bto..this is an easy one if you know the industry so I want give you much credit for naming this one.
I can ask you anyone of 100 questions that you would have to know the guts of industry and been in it for 20 yrs to know the answer.
look for dell to fall off starting in feb 98 if they don't
make changes..

earlie, your posts are always generalized...
let's get detailed about the industry...
specifics..what compnay and what and the reaction.
talk about the future since the pass has already happened.
to say the pc industry is tanking doesn't mean dittly, since cpa dn dell haven't crashed anymore than the dow retreat would move them back and dell is up 3+ now.,
