I never thought I was weird-g. 20% of people are liberals and only 5% are very liberal (like me). So very liberal people live their lives out of sync with 95% of the population. No matter how diplomatic one is, being out of sync all the time with 95% of the population makes one seem strange. And it is hard on the ego. We very liberal people have our own closet we live in. So it is a life long journey of swimming upstream. But looking over history I think the very liberal philosophy has led humans toward a more humane civilization. I have never questioned my far left ideology, only revised the information. I saw the nonsense of myth, script, status, power, prejudice and worship of money at a very early age. They still seem the correct ideas to me.
