I think the most likely would be either financial/dollar collapse and then from the resulting civil unrest and anarchy, rounding up millions and putting them into camps...not because they participated in any civil unrest, but because they are on an enemies of the state list as potential "terrorists" based on internet postings, party membership, who you know. Once they detain enough people they can say the civilian courts are overwhelmed and are not functioning/dysfunctional, and then declare martial law. There are boatloads of executive orders and laws that can be enabled with the right kind of "emergency". Personally I don't think the military would play along and I think Obama would be arrested by the military, along with his entire inner circle of henchmen and criminals.
