Spindizy's credibility - Spindizy attempted to spread false rumors about Identix almost a year ago. He made disparaging remarks about Randy Fowler and tried to cast doubt on the strength of the IDX/NEC relationship among other things. Spindizy was descredited by Porsche770 and slithered back into the shadows. I am very skeptical of anything the Spindizy says.

steve...Thanks for forwarding all the stuff from AOL. It's fun to read other points of view even if they differ in tone and quality. As for Mr. Spinny, my thought is very simple: never trust a spin doctor who can't even spell that which he asserts as truth. Ain't no such critter as the appealate court, so I don't imagine anyone will be going there. If they do, however, I certainly hope it's appealing if not dizzying. And, of course, I hope IDX wins. That means the other guys ate their appeal which is what you do in the appeal-ate court. SLOBodin means "squeeze" in Japanese. Ask Brad - he knows. Cheers - Jean
