>> Abbey Hoffman committed suicide while he was on prozac.

Actually, this is not believed to the be the case.

"On or off Prozac, Abblie was vulnerable to suicidal depressions." (Abbie Hoffman: American Rebel by Marty Jezer. From the book:

"On April 7, 1989, Abbie wrote Anita, "I've been in an acute depressive episode for almost two months . . . I'm scared to cross the street without Johanna and am on lots of medication" . . . The cornorer's report said he had swalloed 150 phenobarbitals -- more than enough to kill anybody -- and washed them down with alcohol . . . his first suicide attempt had probably failed because he hadn't drunk any alcohol.

Whether he was on Prozac, it is pretty clear that he had had significant issues for some time.

You can't just say, "Person X committed suicide while taking Prozac [for the illness that causes suicide] therefore Prozac causes suicide". This is a logical fallacy of the type "false cause".
