They forgot to mention that it was always a "White Anglo Saxon Protestant God We Trust " ... ( with just a feintest hint of cinnamon ) http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=28118573 Never ceases to amaze that this imagined being till just recently allowed only certain races thru his pearly gates , the rest were killed , brutalised & conquered ...now he's definitely more of an equal opportunity chilled out divine being since we manage to teach him to sit up & do new tricks . Seems we have an evolving God after all , fun how God gets smarter as we do ? Gone from lambs blood painting to being a nuclear physicist in just 3000yrs ... No Catholic was ever going to be president , no jew or black or immigrant Irish , Italian Pole , Russian or Swede Mexican , Chinese , still is that way but changing .

The 2nd post --> Last time i checked the Italians were caucasians , greggy poo , though those renaissance Italians did get around bit , lol, yet we did specify "white" + protestant + anglo for reasons referencing the Euro Canada & US primarily ...and the "old countries" of northern Euro & England . But of course the man painted an image of God & Adam that would be least offensive to the society he served , in the image of themselves , this is the entire crux of man creating God . (doh!) If you really want to be "serious" aside from the usual falling down stumbling posturing , read up on some history looking at the extreme prejudices hatreds & bigotry that existed between the German & English Protestant Lutheran sect descents of Christianity & the Roman Catholic . Followed by many later splinter divisions off the tree that sought religious freedom from persecution , and these brutal & long lasting schisms that were in full sway all the way up to first decades of the 20th century America . If you want to talk about violence in Ireland then take this right up to the end of the 20th century . This sad state of affairs of long bitter divisions & hatred were not of any atheist's creation this was all under the realm of belief & benficent auspices of righteous believers on every side. Wave after wave of violence & divisions hit human society for these long drawn out , protracted theological wars of the old Church vs the new . And the naturally followed on intense hatreds , suspicion & distrust of the various ethnic groups associated with these beliefs . (So when you throw down the terms bigotry & stupidity try remembering the orders from which they came .)

So "Caucasian" race needs definition for imbeciles like you apparently because your usual rants of simpleton misdirection arent working here ... en.wikipedia.org There was no reference to Italians as WASP's , the reference was made to the " White Anglo Saxon God" imaged , depicted in that wonderful cartoon classic rendition by the artist for the Roman Church . Now we embark upon truth of bigotry & racism which was the gist of the posts to you , that was placed in dung heaps on these darker skinned Europoid peoples that immigrated into the US & Canada later , the Italian Catholics being only one group of many that recieved such wrath of hate & descrimination . Though Caucasian too they were refered to then as the "dirty whites" & darker lower "mixed" Europeans where the pure white northern Euro/English Protestants were accepted as the more beautiful peoples & races , so we find God & his Angels depicted in that fairer color exemplifying the deep prejudices & racism based in religion at the time . This is about as simple a picture as anyone can draw so try real hard to focus that pee brain of yours & do some reading up before you splash around your pig wallow here.

When Yahweh stayed the hand of Abraham from the human sacrifice he had at first ordered...was he condemning the practice? Or does Yahweh think it is Good and Just in some instances? Did Jesus break the law when he sacrificed himself to propitiate himself? Or is the taboo against human sacrifice merely a suggestion? And why does human sacrifice work? Funny way to make rain?? If someone is a serial killer, does human sacrifice purify him? How does that work? Who is the human being sacrificed to? And why does that thing require that we kill someone because bad people have killed someone? Why don't we just catch the bad person and stop him from hurting and killing?? How does more killing cleanse the bad person?? If killing innocent people is bad (say Olson), then is killing more innocent people in human sacrifice "better". Why are gods kind to us if we hurt ourselves as much as we possibly can by killing what we love and by destroying and taking what we most value--LIFE?? I guess offering a cookie to Zeus would be unlikely to motivate him, huh!? But why not? What is wrong with a cookie offered in love?!
