Consumer confidence up,PC sales growth in Asia.

According to The Confrence Board,consumer confidence is up nicely.Assuming a higher degree of confidence translates into a higher level of consumer spending,we should have a good Q4 overall and Intel should benefit along with many others.

Michael - Intel's Reorganization is typical of their reaction to changing and expanding market conditions.

They are trying to better structure their management to pay closer attention to specific new markets so as to eventually capitalize on the opportunities they present.
