Bentway,
I don't know any "liberal" that's for Ayn Rand in any way.

Except when it comes to denouncing conservatives.

What better way to avoid having to defense liberalism than to take two schools of thought that oppose liberalism and pit them against each other?

Wasserman Schultz Claims She Has “Earned” Her Healthcare

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz has again stuck her foot in her mouth. After speaking to a group of healthcare workers in South Florida, she told them that she had “earned” her existing healthcare benefits, implying that those she was addressing had not earned their healthcare benefits.

“Yes, she really said that,” related Dr. Norman Palgon, a Hallandale Beach-based internist who was in attendance at a forum the Congresswoman conducted last year to garner support for ObamaCare. The good doctor was none-too-pleased with what he clearly felt was the congresswoman’s imperious attitude.-( Source-Examiner)

Wasserman Schultz’s 2012 Republican Congressional opponent Karen Harrington, quickly slammed the Congresswoman by call her “disconnected” and implying that she is insensitive to Americans struggling to make ends meet.

Once again Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz’ has shown how disconnected she really is with the day-to-day struggles of hardworking middle class Americans. Her latest remark about how she “earned” her healthcare benefits is yet another egregious slap to the face to countless of Americans who are struggling to pay for healthcare benefits.-Karen Harrington Campaign
