Talked to Barry and here it is fine tuned . The Govt. has up to 60 days from April 12 to issue a Forestry Subtraction Permit to Cosigo . They expect to receive it before the 60 days . Most likely out over 40 days though .

There is a five day grace period where any group with an objection must submit one . If no objections it is good to go .

If an objection then Cosigo has 60 days to respond .

There is a situation where the wait will not be as long . It requires that no one files an objection .

That goes though in the face of understanding how these things work .
