I'm a capitalist within limits. Certainly nobody wants to go back to the Robber Baron days but I think we have with these too big to fail companies. Seems to me any company that is too big too fail has to be in monopoly territory or close enough. Might be time to rewrite the Sherman Antitrust Act to get more companies to fall under it's watch. Getting rid of Glass Steagall, as soon as I read it, knew a disaster was in the making. Sure enough...when is the last time you saw a company broken up under the Sherman Antitrust Act? I think that's the real problem.
