RE: Buying on margin -Good insight as it relates to a personal situation.

We planed on starting a family. When we bought our first house. Back then, the bank wasn't to keen on my margin to get are first loan. Most all my assets were in stocks at the time. I sold enough to eliminate the margin loan. I sleep very well at night. Even though I know we could have a major correction or not. You just have to deal with the situation at hand. For me, that's what adjusting to market conditions is all about. By that I mean, tax planning before the end of the year.
