RB.... thanks for coming out of your shell for speaking the truth!

This news is - at first cut (as is often the case with some of the FTEL announcements) somewhat ho-hum (ie, not a blockbuster contract for xxx million). But on second and third readings, Frank's genius comes thru (again, as ususal).

Points:

Like someone already said, nice of Frank to share the headlines with IBM and Lucent... the real question arises, did they know about Franklin before this? I'd bet they did.

How did Syracuse University High Performance Distributed Computing Lab get wind of FTEL?? How long has this been in work?

How did the "demonstrations of remote teacher/student video conferencing and multicast DVD movie viewing. " demos come about, was FTEL/IP equipment used? Digital Express? I'm guessing not, otherwise Frank would have put more in this release... or would that have waited for another release?

Can you say WOW??

I have lots of other questions/thoughts, but I am at work and I do have to do that now.

Mitch
