What are your thoughts about the impending patent expirations on K-cups, the profitable part of the business which will become competitive with no royalties this year?

The business model is hitting major headwinds and management has shown a predisposition to making the financial statements look better than reality. Bad management and a struggling business is not a good combination.

Good Fundamentals- Howard Schults of Starbucks was on CNBC today & said their partnership with GMCR was still on & things going well. Picked up a few shares today.
