StockMan: Thanks for the clarification. From what you posted, I gather I shouldn't worry too much. But I suppose there will be several posts back and forth between people who understand this stuff that will confuse me more than I am now.

A request, if I might be so bold ...

Posting your understandings of the facts helps those of us who aren't sure what all the financial-geek terminology means. But, the personal attacks embedded in the text detract significantly from the rest of the post. I'd prefer a nice factual post without the strong feelings. And, that goes for those of you to whom SM is responding, too.

The more these threads degrade to petty bickering, the less valuable they are.

Shawn-

I apologize for using the term "Regulation" instead of "Form". It was an oversight on my part. There was no attempt to create confusion. Are you paranoid? Look in your closet... the boogie man is in there.

I was mearly pointing out that potentially 2.9 million shares are headed to the street. A company with little revenues, few contracts, and now a massive amount of shares being registered for sale isn't a "good" sign.... but that is my humble opinion.

IF YOU READ THE FORM S-1, YOU WILL SEE "THE BLOODY TRUTH".

My post was to "tech" ..... not you ... if "tech" wants to respond... fine... if not, save the personal attacks for when I direct a post to you.

One final note... have a nice day.

Your friend,

Tech Master
