Over 5MM for sure (in terms of block trades, most of which seemed to be purchases) and perhaps closer to 10MM shares, when you incl. 10K blocks. This is 5% of ASND. Now, no block trading at all. Does that suggest that the acquirer wanted to be done accumulating before a slow T-giving week would show what was otherwise happening? Gary Korn
