There is a rumor Obama might come out in favor gay marriage in an upcoming interview. That would be the end of his presidency for sure.

Why didn’t all the people who signed the Walker recall petitions bother to vote yesterday?

There were over 900,000 signatures (supposedly valid signatures) on the petitions. That's over 200,000 people who forced this expensive procedure on the state and then didn't care enough to participate.

Who are those people?

They don't exist. The petitions had that many fake names.

They changed their minds and support Walker now.

They signed the petitions because they were afraid of what union thugs and others might do to them.

They were just weak people succumbing to social pressure.

They're lazy. It's easier to sign than not sign, but a bit of trouble to vote.

(Just pick the best answer. Your desire to vote "all of the above" or 2 or 3 of the above can go in the comments. Those answers make boring results in a poll like this. Deal with it. This isn't pollster science I'm doing here.)

Michael Savage: Obama's lies about Islam deadly
'You can only bend over backwards so far until your spine breaks'

Hillary Clinton’s statement to a Muslim audience in Bangladesh that President Obama has a particular respect for Islam among all religions accentuates the administration’s dangerously naive relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood, says nationally syndicated talk-radio host Michael Savage.

The secretary of state speaks “as if Islam built America,” Savage told his “Savage Nation” listening audience last night, which ranks third nationwide.

According to Clinton, said Savage, “It wasn’t Christians who came over on the Mayflower; it wasn’t Christians who wrote the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution; but it was Muslims.”

Savage, who has presented his case against another Obama term in his new bestselling book, “Trickle Down Tyranny: Crushing Obama’s Dream Of The Socialist States Of America,” declared: “You can only bend over backwards so far until your spine breaks.”

Clinton was responding to a student at a public forum Sunday in Muslim-majority Bangladesh who asked about the perception that the U.S. was against Islam.

“That hurts me so much,” Clinton said. “It’s a painful perception to hear about, and I deeply regret that anyone believes that or propagates it.”

She said extremists have “perverted” the teachings of Islam, and she emphasized that Obama “has sent a very clear message of respect and appreciation of all religions, and in particular, of Islam.”

Savage asked: “Why does this administration find it necessary – a day after we find another group of Muslims trying to blow up another airplane – to bend over backwards and tell us a big lie about the wonders of Islam?”

America, he said, has become a “land where our worst enemies are praised but our allies are stiffed.”

He noted that one month ago, members of Obama’s National Security Council met in the White House with envoys from the Muslim Brotherhood.

“He treats radical Islamists in the Middle East like friends then stiffs Israel and Western European allies,” Savage said of Obama.

Savage noted that the Arab Spring revolution in Egypt, which the U.S. has affirmed, is seen by the Muslim Brotherhood as a path toward its aim of building a Middle East Islamic empire based in Jerusalem and, ultimately, the global conquest of Islam.

The Jerusalem Post reported yesterday that a Muslim Brotherhood preacher told a crowd at a recently rally at a Cairo soccer stadium that the Brotherhood’s Egyptian presidential candidate is helping realize that “dream.”

“The capital of the caliphate – the capital of the United States of the Arabs – will be Jerusalem, Allah willing,” Safwat Higazi said.

“Our capital shall not be in Cairo, Mecca or Medina,” he said, before leading the crowd in chants of “Millions of martyrs march toward Jerusalem.”

Savage commented: “Is there a Jew in America who doesn’t understand that [the Obama administration] is a pro-Muslim regime?”

Citing Martin Luther King Jr., Savage argued that anti-Zionism is really anti-Semitism.

“If you’re a Democrat and you’re voting for Obama, you’re voting for your death,” he said.
