That's all the stimulus did. Fill "potholes" that should have been filled in the first place. The only "shovel ready" jobs out there were the ones that state governments failed to accomplish.

I sincerely hope that some day, an authoritative study is done showing what a waste that trillion dollars was.

That;s not what the stimulus did here.............who roads and bridges were rebuilt. It was very beneficial.
