One Republican supporting legislation certainly doesn't make it "bipartisan" or a "compromise". The compromising that was done was done with his own fucking party. Not ONE Republican voted for it in the Senate.

It was, by any measure, a travesty. And the only saving grace will be the Supreme Court decision to pitch it out lock, stock and barrel.

Yeah, it was. To get the few (R) votes needed to pass it.
Not much of a "compromise" when the starting point of negotiation was the biggest expansion of government entitlements since Medicare.
