JL: Your right. $5,000 per day in addition to the shares. If I were Runyon, I would be increasingly skeptical of IPM's ability to pay the $17 million, plus $5,000 per day penalties. On the other hand, I'm sure Runyon knows a lot more than we do about what is really going on with IPM.

None of this really directly affects Maxam, unless Runyon was counting on money from Phoenix/Omega to help finance Maxam's operations until production begins.
