Maybe you are right.

All people change to varying degrees. But it is a complex mixture of nature (sociopaths don't change) and nurture (education civilizes people), but personalities are set to a large degree by I think, by about 5. Rowdy kids often do better as they mature.

But that whole area is still open to lots of debate and questions e.g. why is it that once a person gets indoctrinated into a dogma/myth, they seem to have so much trouble changing even when the facts change right in front of their face?

Why is it conservatives and liberals seldom change each others minds?

Why does 90% of the world still believe in primitive myths-lol?

Why, why, why-lol?

Otherwise, we are just comparing our own incidents. I can cite more than a few incidents of high school classmates who were bullies who later became model folk; and vice versa (if I get to include college students as well).
