Dick - positives have been posted before.

In short, as long as earnings are on the plus side, drastic cost cutting measures such as layoffs can probably be delayed or hopefully avoided. Management has already killed Plato, not sure what has become of the personnel involved with that project. At this stage, dramatic cuts in R&D would be the kiss of death. However, to date S3 hasn't efficiently used R&D expenditures under GJ. With Gj's track record, one has to question whether projects under current management will have significant sales in the future.

As far as talk of layoffs, I know several shareholders would cheer wildly if there was a layoff in one particular position.

Mark.

Dick, you said:
>>If this stock is as bad as everyone says it is,
why haven't we heard talk of layoffs?<<

Have you ever heard of attrition?
