that's the worst excuse for signing a law that I've heard in awhile, manalagi, and it's not worthy of you. Do you fail to do the right thing because you think it won't matter? No. You always try to do the right thing, despite what others may do to thwart you. If you are Christian, then think of Jesus. Did he not try to do the right things and teach people a little something all the way until they crucified him? He didn't balk, even though he knew it would make little difference in the short run. Obama is using expediency as an excuse for not doing the hard things.
