It takes a serious lack of respect for other human beings to believe you have the right to physically assault them and alter their appearance by force to suit your standards. And then not to recall it later means the incident had no negative moral consequences in Romney's mind either, it was just business as usual.
I don't believe for a moment that he doesn't recall the incident. I think he's lying, which comes as naturally to him as breathing. If he doesn't actually remember it, then you're right and it's even worse.

Either way, he isn't taking responsibility for his own actions. He doesn't deny the story is true, I notice. His response is a disgraceful cop-out.
