an insurance company getting away with something is far better than a federal government that can do anything it wants and get away with it.

"The good old days before Obama Care when insurance companies could do anything they liked and get away with it." The good old days before Obama Care when insurance companies could operate in the free market and compete on the basis of policy features. What's next? Being able to buy fire insurance AFTER the fire starts?.....or life insurance AFTER you're dead?.....or car insurance AFTER a roll over? If so.....don't call it insurance.
