NETZ returned my call and are working on getting information back in a timely fashion. I contacted the transfer agent, and will get the share
counts back. It had to go via fax. Will advise when I receive it.

I am a lurker and rarely post, but I have been following NETZ for about 3 weeks and find it interesting.

I also appreciate your very thorough DD. Thank you.

I have one question for NETZ; if they release this big news before Thanksgiving, who do they think will see it? Why not wait until Monday when WS in back in full volume!!!
