He tells the truth like an attorney...

Maxwell is a registered independent...and also a democrat...lolol.

Maxwell, who told ABC News he is a registered independent who has voted for both Democrats and Republicans, said the episode is "relevant" in the campaign as a window into Romney's character.

"I guess you have to take it into account. Are you the kind of person who would stop the abuse of an innocent person?" Maxwell asked.

In an interview on a separate topic for the June issue of Automobile Magazine, however, Maxwell said he will not be casting his ballot for Romney, though added praise for the candidate.

"I'm a Democrat, so I won't vote for him," says Maxwell. "But he'd probably make a pretty good president. He's very smart, very principled.

A lawyer clown! There are so many of them. Makes you wonder if he was so horrified by the even why di he say nothing the previous time Romney ran for president? He claims he is a democrat...well, no small wonder there. Most lawyer clowns are.

He is like you..."I'm a lawyer. I know what assault is"

Interesting does he even know what the statutes of that state were in 1965 and how degrees of assault were graded? Probably not and you don't as well. How do you grade an assault when the greatest element is imagination? No doubt he is a clown lawyer, just like you only likely more successful.

I guess you highlighted that "Im a lawyer, I know what assault is" to give him some credibility. You failed on that move with me. For other, they remember your Trayvon Martin "Im a lawyer" mouth and the assignment of credibility failed once more.
