Premium works but www and beta remain down. Premium is beginning to differentiate itself on the reliability front in that it is broken less of the time.

unbelievable how he could sell "lifetime" memberships with the service record he had. and right after performance was at it's worst. And apparently it worked. he sold out using stuff right out of "Cialdini". Put a number limit on the memberships. If there was no scarcity factor on the memberships he wouldn't have sold very many.
