Well Boys & Girls: It appears that based upon the action of the stock today in comparison with the action in the past few days when the stock held up well, that either: 1)the 2ndary placement is done and the underwriters have now bailed or 2) the underwriters are unable to keep up the price in current market. I posted severals times last week about the artificial way the stock appeared to remain around the 28 level. Now its dropping. I'm not surprised - the dilution factor (however small) may be kicking in. Mike G.
