BP,
What I posted is almost a direct quote of his entire report. He said that, over the past several days, novl call buying was huge and that that meant someone or someones(?) expected an upside surprise in the earnings. So, based on the call volumes, Bob P and CNBC were expecting an upside surprise. That's all.
It's kind of like looking at the Vegas odds before a prize fight and predicting the winner.
But by him pumping it every hour... if things are not as expected, CNBC will be saying things like 'the much anticipated upside surprise did not occur and novl has disappointed Wall Street and we expect a big, big sell off...' over and over again tomorrow.

The call positions I posted do show a high percentage of out-of-the-money calls.... and the Puts are almost none existant.
Contrairians will look at this and be buying puts :-)

There appears to be pre-announcement upside momentum in effect and it is being reflected in the Calls, also.

Ben A.
