To all potential FBNA investors:

I just thought I'd summarize the strong points of FBNA to date ...

1) We have never lost a Y2K Contract for services or software
2) No other vendor of services or software has a client list like ours
3) There have never been any bugs reported in our code
4) Clients who have undergone the FBNA Y2K remediation process are amazed at the speed at which it was remediated. "It's almost like nothing at all was done!"
5) No additional space is required for the remediated source code
6) Clients executing the remediated code swear that the change is undetectable. Quoting one very happy client, "It's almost like we're running the same code!"
7) Our process is fully automated. Just install the software and stand back. No assistance is necessary.
8) We have the only solution that has received a Papal Blessing
9) Other vendors' software lacks the FBNA Seal of Approval. With FBNA's software, you get it free.

And, there are many other memorable quotes that I could add here. But, there's no sense in making this sound like a hype-fest.

Our slogan ... "When you purchase FBNA software and services, you get what you deserve."

So, in case some of you investors out there are anxiously awaiting the moment when FBNA stock becomes generally available, please remember our motto ...

"FBNA investors have nothing to worry about"

Happy investing,

TED--

Quite frankly, I feel the IPO should be postponed for a couple of weeks. Dicey market, upcoming holiday, and we don't want to be compared to turkeys, do we?

I shall, however, issue some preliminary pricing guidelines after the close, just to keep their appetites whetted.
