Yes, I absolutely agree with his assessment, the 1325 to 1321 level is highly significant with several major VP's in that vicinity, I even have the exact due dates for them, and with the lowest major VP (more recently discovered) at 1279.70 due no later than May 30th, just in case we get down that low ...

The DOW crossed above and below unchanged today 44 times... I hope to see capitulation tomorrow while the market drops deep into the major VP region... that's where I'll buy with some degree of safety...

Bob, according to his chart we are now down to the level and timeframe from which we see a huge bounce.
